Stephen H. Farber BA., LL.B
Stephen was called to the Bar in 1970 and he has conducted a practice headquartered in Scarborough, Ontario continuously for more than thirty years. He conducts a non litigious General Practice dealing with individuals and small to medium sized companies, emphasizing real estate, business law and estates. |

Experience
Stephen received his undergraduate degree majoring in Political Science and English from Waterloo University College in 1965. He graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1968, and upon graduation immediately articled for the leading creditor’s right firm in Canada, Harries Houser. He has practised law continuously in Scarborough Ontario from his call to the Bar in 1970. For the first twenty years of his practice he restricted his practice to Real Estate matters, acting for both private purchasers and vendors as well as builders, developers, landlords and tenants. During the past ten years he has expanded his practice to include Business law and Estates. |
